Remember to keep your cell phone charged enough to make a call

in case of an emergency. Also, let someone know where you will be during the day. 

It's always good to have a back up plan in case something goes wrong during your daily routine. While doing errands, write a list of things to get and places you need to go, try not to back track, this will save you time and money.

First On Our List Is Enchiladas.
Date: February 2011

This is my take on Enchiladas.
I laid the flour tortillas flat and layer to my hearts content.
This really turned out GREAT! 

These are Enchiladas underneath all that cheese.
For this I am not too sure what kind of tortillas I used.

I was amazed how these both turned out.
I am going to try the Layered Enchilada again.
I had no recipe, I used what I had on hand.
Sometimes it works that way !!!

In The Beginning...

   To start out I would like to welcome

everyone to my first blog.

Second, not to get this confused with my "Facebook-Recycling While Bicycling" page,

I would just like to remind everyone the importance of recycling.

Every little bit counts.
Even if you are only recycling the things you use in your everyday life.

Using less water when taking a bath or a shower.
Recycling your aluminum cans & plastic bottles.

Remembering not to throw your old batteries in the trash and taking them
down to a retailer who accepts recycled items of that nature,
or just reusing that paper or plastic bag one more time.

Every little bit helps our planet !!! <3

Health Tip of the Day: Remember to drink "6" 8 oz. glasses of water to keep hydrated.

( If you are drinking a bottle of water that is 16.9 oz., 

you'll want to refill that about three times.)
